1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (hvtechservices.com), utilizing our client portal, or engaging the technical infrastructure of HV Tech Services LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using our digital platforms and services.

2. Description of Services

We provide enterprise-grade Managed IT Support, 24/7 Cybersecurity Monitoring, Cloud VoIP Phone Systems, and local professional technical services. Advanced engagements, specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and project milestones are governed by separate master services agreements executed directly between us and our corporate clients.

3. Client Accounts & Portal Security

To access support ticketing features or manage network statistics, you may be issued secure user credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal credentials and passwords. Any activity that occurs under your account remains your legal responsibility, and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized breach or access.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our website, infrastructure, or network channels to:

  • Violate local, state, federal, or international cyber compliance frameworks.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, scan, or reverse engineer any portal databases, servers, or integrated monitoring systems.
  • Transmit malicious payloads, automated network stress tests, or unauthorized commercial spam.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the stability, uptime, or availability of our Managed IT environments.

5. SMS Communication Program Terms

  1. Program Description: HV Tech Services LLC utilizes automated and transactional SMS messaging to send necessary appointment reminders, sales follow-ups, technical support updates, and service-related notifications to clients and prospects who have explicitly opted in via our website forms.
  2. Cancellation (Opt-Out): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number you received the message from. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  3. Assistance (Help): If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly by emailing helpdesk@hvtechservices.com or calling (845) 475-8370.
  4. Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. Rates and Frequency: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your scheduled sales appointments and ongoing support ticket activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HV Tech Services LLC, its employees, or partners be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, this website, portal data, or technical remote utilities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York and the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal actions or proceedings arising from these terms must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction relative to our operational hubs.
