SMS Messaging Terms

1. Program

HV Tech Services LLC Support & Inquiries is a two-way text program for our customers and for people asking about our services. We text about your support requests and tickets, answers to your questions about our services, and the times of follow-up calls or visits you arranged with us. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

2. How You Opt In

• You text us first. Sending a text to our number starts a conversation, and we reply about your request.
• You tick the box on our website. Our contact and support forms have an optional, unticked box that reads: “I agree to receive text messages from HV Tech Services LLC about this request. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.

3. Automated Assistant

Texts and calls to our business numbers may be answered by an automated assistant. It can record your request, open a support ticket, and arrange a follow-up, and a member of our team reviews every conversation. Calls the assistant answers are recorded and transcribed so we can help you.

4. Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies with your request, usually a few messages per conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Ask your wireless provider about your text plan.

5. Opting Out

Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work. We send one message confirming you are unsubscribed and then no more texts. Reply START to join again.

7. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy
