Our Commitment to Data Integrity & Responsible Disclosure

Vulnerability Disclosure Policy

At HV Tech Services LLC, the security of our clients' data and our infrastructure is our highest priority. We appreciate the work of security researchers and the community in helping us maintain a secure environment.

Coordinated Disclosure

We invite researchers to report potential vulnerabilities. We ask that you provide us with a reasonable amount of time to resolve the issue before making it public. In return, we commit to acknowledging your report within 48 business hours and keeping you updated on our progress.

Safe Harbor

If you conduct security research in good faith and in compliance with this policy, we will not initiate legal action against you. We consider your research to be authorized and protected.

Prohibited Activities

To protect our clients, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Accessing, modifying, or deleting client data.
  • Performing Denial of Service (DoS) or Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.
  • Social engineering or "phishing" of HV Tech Services LLC employees or clients.
  • Physical attacks against our office or hub locations.

How to Report

Please submit reports to helpdesk@hvtechservices.com. Include a detailed description of the vulnerability, steps to reproduce, and the potential impact.

Note: We do not currently offer a bug bounty program. We do, however, offer formal letters of acknowledgment for validated, non-public vulnerabilities that are reported responsibly.
