Send us your questionnaire

Forward the insurer's form to sales@hvtechservices.com. We will mark which answers our services cover today, what is missing, and what it would cost to close the gap before your renewal date.

Frequently asked questions

Why did my insurer send a security questionnaire?

Ransomware claims made insurers much stricter. Most now ask about EDR, MFA, patching and backups before they quote or renew, and a "no" can raise the premium or exclude ransomware cover.

Can you fill in the questionnaire for us?

We answer the technical questions for the systems we manage and give you the reports that back the answers. You sign it, because the answers are your representations to the insurer.

What if we answer yes and it turns out to be wrong?

An inaccurate answer can give the insurer grounds to deny a claim. That is why we only mark a control as in place when our reports show it on every device.
